Once you place your order, you can upload your prescription or provide your doctor’s or local pharmacy’s contact details. With your permission, our pharmacy team can also request the prescription directly on your behalf.

Yes. We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. All shipments are delivered directly to residential addresses with tracking and signature required upon delivery.
Our shipping charges are standardized:
- $14.99 for non-refrigerated (dry) medications
- $43.00 for refrigerated items like insulin, shipped via Canada Post Express with thermal protection
- Refrigerated items: 4–10 business days via Canada Post Express
- Non-refrigerated items: Typically 2–3 weeks
- Shipping occurs from Monday to Thursday to avoid weekend delays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.
Insulin is carefully packaged in an insulated container with gel packs to maintain a stable temperature during transit. If it arrives warm, store it in the refrigerator immediately—it remains effective at room temperature for up to 30 days.
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery at every step.
A signature is required for all deliveries. If you’re not home, the package may be held at your local post office. If not claimed, the parcel may be returned to sender, and the cost of reshipment becomes the customer’s responsibility.

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately to request cancellation. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled due to pharmacy handling regulations.
