Refrigerated medications are shipped in insulated containers with gel packs to maintain temperature.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
A signature is required upon delivery. If unavailable, your package may be held at your local post office.
Orders are shipped only to residential addresses within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or healthcare facilities.
Shipments go out Monday through Thursday to prevent delays.
BetterYouRx.com is not responsible for packages unclaimed or returned due to missed delivery.
Insulin may be stored at room temperature for up to 30 days. If it arrives warm, refrigerate it promptly.
