All Sales Are Final on Prescription Medications
Due to the nature of prescription medications, all sales are considered final once your order has been dispensed and shipped. We are unable to accept returns on any prescription medication that has already been opened, used, or delivered, except in specific circumstances outlined below.
This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all customers. Medications that leave our licensed contracted dispensing department cannot be restocked or resold.
When a Refund May Be Considered
While we maintain a strict no-return policy on prescription medications, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. A refund request may be reviewed under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong medication or incorrect dosage
- Your order arrived damaged or compromised during shipping
- Your order was never delivered and confirmed lost in transit
- A verified dispensing error occurred on our end
If any of the above applies to your order, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe from the date your order was received or was expected to arrive.
How to Submit a Refund Request
To begin the refund process, please reach out to our customer care team with the following details:
- Your full name and order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting photos if the product arrived damaged
Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Each case is assessed individually, and we reserve the right to determine whether a refund or replacement is the appropriate resolution.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases, including situations where a refund on the product itself is approved. If a replacement order is issued due to a verified error on our part, shipping costs for the replacement will be covered by Better You Rx.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after the order was processed or shipped
- Your prescription was canceled after the medication was already dispensed
- You provided an incorrect shipping address and the package was lost or returned
- The medication was refused at delivery without a valid reason
- The order was delayed due to circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Once an order has been processed and forwarded to our licensed contracted dispensing department, cancellation may no longer be possible. If the order has already been dispensed or shipped, the standard return and refund policy will apply.
Replacements
If a refund is not available but an error has been verified, please contact Better You Rx for assistance. Depending on the circumstances, a replacement order may be issued at no additional cost after a review of your request.
