-The blend of netupitant and palonosetron is provided in capsule form for oral consumption. Typically, it is ingested approximately 1 hour before commencing chemotherapy, with or without food. Consume netupitant and palonosetron precisely as instructed—do not exceed or reduce the dosage or frequency prescribed by your doctor.

Before using netupitant and palonosetron:
• Inform your doctor and pharmacist if you're allergic to netupitant, palonosetron, or any similar medications, like alosetron, dolasetron, granisetron, ondansetron, and others. Request the ingredient list from your pharmacist.
• Share your prescription and nonprescription medications, vitamins, supplements, and herbal products. Particularly mention benzodiazepines, certain chemotherapy drugs, dexamethasone, erythromycin, fentanyl, ketoconazole, lithium, migraine medications, MAO inhibitors, phenobarbital, rifampin, SSRIs, and tramadol.
• Communicate any history of liver or kidney issues.
• Discuss pregnancy, plans to conceive, or breastfeeding. Notify your doctor if you become pregnant while using netupitant and palonosetron.
