Side Effects	● Injection site reactions (pain, redness, or swelling) ● Flushing ● Chest pain Less common but serious side effects requiring immediate medical attention include: ● Lipoatrophy or skin indentation at the injection site ● Skin necrosis ● Immediate post-injection reaction (flushing, chest pain, palpitations, anxiety, and dyspnea) – though rare and usually not severe, it could be alarming.
