Mention the following if applicable: carbamazepine (Tegretol), cimetidine (Tagamet), enoxacin (not available in the U.S.), erythromycin (E.E.S., E-Mycin, Erythrocin), fluvoxamine, ketoconazole (Nizoral), phenobarbital, phenytoin (Dilantin), rifampicin, and specific oral contraceptives (birth control pills). Your doctor may need to adjust your medication doses or monitor you closely for potential side effects.
3. Inform your doctor if you have a history of liver disease, as taking roflumilast may not be recommended.
