Administer Toujeo exclusively through subcutaneous injections in the abdominal region, thigh, or deltoid. Gently insert the needle into the skin and count to 5 before withdrawing the pen from the injection site.
Minimize the risk of lipodystrophy and localized cutaneous amyloidosis by rotating injection sites. Consult your healthcare provider to determine the appropriate dosage and injection technique that best suits your individual needs.
