Usage	Usage Nilotinib is administered in capsule form, to be taken orally. Typically, it is taken twice a day on an empty stomach, with doses spaced approximately 12 hours apart. Nilotinib should be ingested at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after eating any food. It's important to follow your prescription label's instructions meticulously and don't hesitate to consult your doctor or pharmacist if there's anything you don't understand. Take nilotinib precisely as prescribed—do not exceed or reduce your dose or take it more frequently than directed by your physician. Swallow the capsules whole with a glass of water, avoiding splitting, chewing, or crushing them. In cases where swallowing whole capsules is not possible, you may mix the contents of a capsule with one teaspoon of applesauce and consume the mixture immediately (within 15 minutes).
