Administration Guidelines Dosage and Application: ● Adults (Oral): 20 mg initially, followed by 10 mg every 4-6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 40 mg in a 24-hour period. ● Injection: 60 mg via intramuscular injection as a single dose or 30 mg every 6 hours. For IV administration, 30 mg every 6 hours or 15 mg every 3 hours, with a maximum of 120 mg/day. Method of Administration: ● Oral: Tablets should be taken with water and food to prevent gastrointestinal upset. ● Injection: Should be administered intramuscularly or intravenously under strict medical supervision.
