Usage	Indications: Exemestane is indicated for: ● Adjuvant treatment of postmenopausal women with estrogen-receptor-positive early breast cancer who have received two to three years of tamoxifen and are switched to exemestane to complete a total of five consecutive years of adjuvant hormonal therapy. ● Treatment of advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women whose disease has progressed following tamoxifen therapy. Patients are advised to: ● Take one 25 mg tablet once daily after a meal. ● Continue taking Exemestane even if they feel well, as stopping treatment could cause the cancer to return or grow faster. Precautions: ● Exemestane should not be used in premenopausal women. ● The medication should not be taken by patients who are allergic to it or any of its ingredients. ● Patients should have ceased menstruating and should be confirmed as having postmenopausal status before starting treatment with exemestane.

Storage	● Store the tablets at room temperature, ideally between 20°C and 25°C (68°F and 77°F), and away from excess heat and moisture (not in the bathroom). ● Keep Aromasin® in its original container and keep the container tightly closed. ● Protect from light and moisture.
Special Precautions	Before starting the medication, patients should inform their healthcare provider if they have: ● Any liver or kidney problems, as these might impact the effectiveness and clearance of the drug. ● A history of heart disease, as exemestane could potentially have adverse effects on lipid profiles and cardiac health.
